A beautiful moment of heritage, unity, and tradition as Oba Marufdeen Adelani Adegbajo, the Adegbaajo of Owu Kingdom, warmly welcomed Alayeluwa Oba Saka Adelola Matemilola, Oluyalo Otileta VII, the Olowu of Owu, Abeokuta to this year’s Owu National Convention.
As part of the symbolic opening, Kabiyesi Oba Marufdeen Adelani Adegbajo led Alayeluwa Oba Saka Adelola Matemilola to the historic Abaa Tree a sacred symbol of peace, unity, and continuity for the Owu people. Standing beneath the Abaa signifies togetherness and the enduring bond that holds the kingdom strong.
