Opeyemi Aina and Abiodun Sheriff, facilitators of Opeyemi and Abiodun Media Disability Support Initiative, recently hosted the maiden edition of their empowerment programme and fundraising event. The theme, “Breaking Free from Hunger,” aimed to raise N20 million for people with disabilities.The event featured lectures, speeches, and goodwill messages from local and international guests. Distinguished attendees and individuals with disabilities were recognised and gifted with equipment, commodities, and refreshments.
Held at the Multipurpose Children Hall, Baptist Church, Idi Aba, Abeokuta, on April 24, 2025, the event brought together prominent figures and community members to support a noble cause.”
