Bringing Minds to Life. Connecting Knowledge with Identity.
I have brought my reading advocacy and Cultural Intelligence together as one mission because I believe that developing the mind must go hand in hand with understanding who we are.
Through The SixthSense Initiative and Sixth Sense Series Publications, I have championed reading culture, literacy, children’s development, and human capacity development. My conviction is that reading opens minds, stimulates critical thinking, expands knowledge, and prepares young people for the responsibilities of tomorrow.
With Cultural Intelligence: The Missing Intelligence in the Age of Intelligence, I am extending that mission to address another essential need: ensuring that as our people acquire knowledge and engage with an increasingly intelligent and technologically advanced world, they do not lose touch with their cultural identity, indigenous wisdom, history, values, and heritage.
For me, these are not separate advocacies. They are complementary pathways to human development. Reading helps us discover knowledge; Cultural Intelligence helps us understand ourselves and apply knowledge with cultural consciousness, wisdom, and responsibility.
My mission is therefore not merely to encourage people to read, nor simply to promote cultural awareness. It is to nurture informed, thoughtful, culturally conscious individuals who can participate meaningfully in the modern world while understanding, respecting, and preserving their identity.
I want our children to read their way into knowledge, grow into an understanding of their heritage, and become responsible citizens who can shape the future without losing their roots.
This is the larger vision: to connect literacy with identity, knowledge with wisdom, and education with cultural consciousness.
One mission. Two complementary pathways. A shared responsibility to develop minds, preserve heritage, and prepare generations for the future.
