This historic building, once utilised by the Nigerian Police for various departments including CID and Highway Patrol, was located within the police station premises at Ibara. However, it has been demolished to pave the way for road expansion in Oke Igbein, a strategic area bordering Ibara, Ijeja, Itori Odo, and near Igbore.
It used to be opposite Ibara Baptist Church and the location is traditionally Oke Igbein. You dare not be recommended or asked to report at Oke Igbein!
